In the reserved area it is possible to view your personal information and the order history; it is also possible to modify personal information at any time by accessing your account or by contacting our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To create a new profile you need to select the My account icon at the top of the homepage, click on "Register here" and fill in the required fields.
If you do not remember the password to access your account, you can change it by clicking on the My account icon at the top of the homepage. After clicking on "Forgot your password?” please enter your e-mail address; you will receive an e-mail with the password reset instructions.
Thanks to the Wishlist you can create a list of your favorite products and find them more quickly any time you want. To access and modify your Wishlist just click on the icon at the top of the homepage.
Please remember that our Wishlist is not a guarantee of booking or restock of products.
All visible products can be purchased online, as long as they are available, by creating a personal account.
Once you have chosen the desired product, you need to click on the "Add to Shopping Bag" button to add it to your Shopping Bag. To complete the order, follow the instructions for the checkout process; your order will be processed only upon payment confirmation at the end of the purchase procedure.
You can not buy products if you are a trader.
The order confirmation will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.
You can check the status of your order through the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail that you will receive as soon as the courier will have picked up your package. Through the shipping number you can track the shipping status at any time and know exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered.
After clicking on “Complete order” you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website. Even if you do not have a PayPal acccount you can pay safely by entering:

SHIPPING TIME, COSTS AND METHODS
Our jewels are shipped via UPS courier. The in stock products are delivered to the courier within a maximum of 2 working days from the order confirmation; the customised products are delivered to the courier after product completion, therefore they are subject to longer delivery times than indicated.
National shipments require 3/4 working days; international shipments require 8/9 working days. Please note that shipments to islands or remote locations, both domestic and international, may take a few extra days.
The national shipping costs € 7.90; the international shipping costs € 24.
We do not ship to post office boxes or general delivery.
We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Principality of Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Republic of San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary.
All sale prices on our website are in Euro and include VAT and all other taxes. Any customs duties are not included in sale prices and are charged to the recipient where applied by the country of destination of the product, as well as the good’s customs clearance procedure.
You can return the purchased products, except for personalised products with engravings and customisation, within 14 working days from the date you receive your order. To cancel the purchase agreement you can:
Fill the return form, send it to email@example.com and then send it in paper form by registered mail to our registered office address within the following 48 hours or
Fill the return form and directly send it in paper form by registered mail to our registered office address
Products must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order; the return is charged to you and is under your responsibility. Please note that, to be entitled to full reimbursement of the price paid, the product must be returned intact, with the original packaging and in its original state. Once we have received the product and after performing compliance checks, we weill refund the amount paid, except for expensens initially paid by you for shipping, within 30 days from the date we receive your return notification, through the same means by which you paid.
Our Customer Service is at your disposal to provide the return form and assist you during the procedure.
You can exchange the purchased products, except for personalised products with engravings and changes, within 14 working days from the date you receive your order. To exchange your product you have to return it following the return procedure and then purchase the right product for you.
In order to preserve your jewels in their original condition we invite you to follow our recommendations:
remove your jewellery when washing your hands and putting on perfume or lotion;
store jewellery before performing activities that could cause damage, such as sports, cooking, housework and gardening;
protect stones from impacts;
avoid contact with consmetic products, perfumes, lotions or detergents whose chemical components could affect the colour of the jewellery;
do not place jewellery close to sources of intense heat;
To prevent jewels from touching each other, we recommend storing them in an individual case, in the original case or in separate compartments of a jewellery box. We strongly advise against putting together more jewels without protection.
For optimal cleaning of your jewels, if they do not have any stones or fabrics, we recommend to immerse them regularly for a few minutes in warm soapy water (soap with netural pH or dishwashing detergent), to rub gently with a soft bristle brush, rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft rag.
