Orders and shipments
You can place an order as a guest or by creating an account.
If you decide to create an account, once you have registered, it will no longer be necessary to enter your data and the purchase process will be faster. Inside the reserved area it is possible to view the information relating to the profile and the history of the orders; you can also change your personal information at any time by accessing your account or by contacting our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you do not remember the password to access your account, you can change it by clicking on the My Account icon at the top of the homepage. After clicking on "Forgot Password" enter your e-mail address; you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.
For products in stock, delivery in Italy takes place within a maximum of 5-6 working days from order confirmation.
International delivery takes place within approximately 11-12 working days after order confirmation. The times of international shipments may vary according to the customs clearance procedure of each individual country.
The products that can be pre-ordered will be reserved for you and will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Production of pre-order products takes 25 working days, after which you will have to wait for the normal delivery times.
Some jewelery can be engraved with a letter, date or word of up to 8 characters.
The possibility of engraving the products is indicated in the detail sheet of the jewels and there is a field in which to enter the characters.
Custom jewelry will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Personalizing with engraving takes 25 working days, after which you will need to wait for normal delivery times.
We ship to Italy, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States.
We do not ship if a P.O. box or poste restante is provided as the delivery address.
Domestic shipping costs €10.
Shipping to other countries costs:
- European Union: €25
- Switzerland and United Kingdom: €30
- United States: €45
For orders over €200, national shipping is free.
You can check the status of your order using the link in the shipping confirmation email that you will receive as soon as the courier has taken delivery of your package. With the tracking number, you can track the status of your shipment at any time and know exactly where your parcel is.
You can request a gift wrap at checkout by ticking the "This order is a gift" box.
You can pay through PayPal or, if you don't have a PayPal account, by entering your card details; the following cards are accepted: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Carta Aura, Discover, Diners, UnionPay.
It is also possible to split the payment into 3 interest-free installments through Klarna.
You can enter the discount code, during the check-out phase, in the appropriate "Discount code" field.
It is not possible to use more than one discount code for any single purchase.
Returns and Refunds
You can change your order within 14 working days from the day you received your order.
You will have to follow the return procedure and then proceed with a new purchase.

Custom engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
It is not possible to cancel an order, you will have to wait for the delivery and proceed with the return by following the instructions on the Returns and Refunds page.
In case you want to make a return, the return costs are at your expense and under your responsibility.
In the event that you wish to replace the product you have purchased, the return costs are always at your expense and under your responsibility, while the shipping costs of the replacement jewel are the responsibility of Buché.
To be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the product must be returned intact, with the original packaging and in the original state in which you received it.
Once the product has been received and the conformity checks have been carried out, we will refund the entire amount paid, excluding the costs originally incurred by you for the shipment, within 30 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal, by the same means by which you have made the payment.
Warranty and assistance
Our jewelry is crafted in 18K, 14K and 9K gold.
We do not use gold plating.
All of our products are subject to strict quality controls.

If you want to buy a fabric choker or bracelet and you are undecided between two sizes, we suggest you choose the larger one.
To wear your jewel in the best possible way, we invite you to follow a few simple tips:
- remove jewelery when washing hands, perfume or apply lotion;
- store your jewelry before engaging in activities that could damage it, such as sports, cooking, housework, and gardening;
- protect the stones from shock risks;
- avoid contact with cosmetic products, perfumes, creams or detergents whose chemical components could affect the color of the jewels;
- do not place jewelry too close to a source of intense heat.
To prevent the jewels from scratching when in contact with each other, we recommend that you keep them in an individual case, in the original case or in separate compartments of a jewelery box. We do not recommend storing several jewels together without protection.
For optimal cleaning of your jewel, if it does not have stones or fabrics, we advise you to immerse it regularly for a few minutes in warm soapy water (neutral PH soap or washing-up liquid), rub gently with the help of a soft bristle brush, rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.
